Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Cheltenham and Gloucestei Omnibus Company and Red & White have agreed to accept each other's Explorer and Roverbus tickets in the Forest of Dean, Ross and Hereford areas.

Red & White is a fleetname of National Welsh, and both companies were subsidiaries of the former National Bus Company. NBC introduced the Explorer ticket scheme in the early eighties, and it was available throughout all NBC subsidiaries.

C&G says that its Explorers are already recognised on Wilts and Dorset services.
