• James Hemphill of the P & o Roadtanks group has finalised a contract distribution agreement with Carless Refining to transport bulk solvents all around the UK.
Hemphill has taken over full operational responsibility for drivers and the four new 4000series Foden rigs fitted with Cummins L10 290 engines.
