EAST KENT Shipping and Forwarding is being taken over by Orbit Shipping, a company controlled by Sally Line chief Michael Kingshott.
The takeover becomes effective on September 1 and is expected to generate £500,000a-year turnover on warehousing, shipping and forwarding work.
