Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

COMPANIES planning to object to the Greater London Council's proposed night and weekend lorry ban are being warned to wait until the orders are published next month.

Before publishing the order, GLC transport committee chair Dave Wetzel wants it to be approved by committee members who do not meet until September 19. The order is unlikely to be published for another 10 days.

The GLC will only be able to consider objections within the three weeks after the order is published, so any objections already lodged will be disregarded.
