Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

RUSSIAN vehicles are to make their road-going debut at the Commercial Motor Show in October with the introduction of the Kamaz dump truck as exclusively predicted in CM last year.

The vehicles are claimed to have a 10 tonne payload but as yet few details are available.

At present the dump truck is only one of 15 three-axle vehicles being produced by the Russians at the massive Kamaz River production plant which has around 2m sqm of manufacturing space.

It is thought that the other vehicles, including tractive units and drawbar outfits, may be introduced at a later date.

The vehicles are powered by a 210 bhp V8 diesel engine with a 260 bhp V10 in the larger vehicles.

All the models have a standardized format allowing complete interchangeability of parts.

As with the Russian Belaz dump trucks and other Russian plant, the UK distribution is being handled by UMO Plant of Letchworth, Herts.
