THE ANT range of light commercial vehicles from BTB Equipment Sales Ltd of Blackburn has been extended with the introduction of a new box-van trailer with a capacity of 12.2cum (434cuft). The three-wheel tractive unit features a four-cylinder aluminium petrol engine, and four-speed gearbox. Glass fibre construction is used for the two-seater cab.
A welded steel chassis is used for the box-van with alloy sheeting riveted to a forged alloy frame making up the body. It is available with either two hinged doors or roller shutters.
Body dimensions are: length 4.57m (15ft), width 1.82m (fift) and height 2.43m (8ft).
