• Using basically the same chassis /cab as that of its suction road sweeper, Melford Engineering Ltd, of Cottenham, Cambridge, has been producing small tippers and side-loaders mainly for the municipal market.

Manufactured in grp, the cab is fully fitted for road use and mounted on the heavy-duty Reliant TW9E 3-wheeler commercial chassis, rated at 16 cwt, with increased rear spring ratings and 6-ply truck tyres.
