Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Three experimental bus lanes will be introduced in London over the Bank Holiday weekend. One is in Gloucester Place, Westminster, and will be introduced on August 28; it is 750 ft long, serves seven bus routes and will be reserved for buses from 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm on weekdays.

The two other lanes are in Islington and will operate from August 29. One is for the use of about 390 buses daily in the morning peak, southbound, and is 770 ft long. The other, about 1000 ft long, is for northbound buses during the evening peak, from 4.30 pm to 7 pm, and is intended to cut journey times for about 80 buses an hour.
