By Sam Buckley THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT officially opens the Road Transport Industry Training Board headquarters at Capitol House, Empire Way, Wembley, on September 20.
The Board has been based there throughout this year but the appointment of senior officers and compilation of the register of its 92,000 establishments is now sufficiently far advanced to warrant this official move.
The objectives of the RUTH are closely linked with recent Ministerial proposals— such as the need for a transport manager's licence.
So Mrs. Castle's comments on this occasion will have special significance.
