THE Public Relations Committee of the RHAfirst of the new committees to be set up under the new constitution met on Wednesday. Mr. E. J. Barber, of Essex Carriers Ltd., was elected chairman and Mr. E. West, of E. West Ltd., Horsforth, Nr. Leeds, vice-chairman. The image of the road transport industry, the effect of increased costs and charges and the possibility of commissioning a film on vehicle maintenance were among subjects discussed.
