Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

In our last week's issue we published a picture of a new type of tank wagon recently put into service by the British Petroleum Co., Ltd. We now learn that the two tanks fitted to the Scammell tractor-lorry chassis, one holding 1,500 gallons of fuel and the other .500 gallons, were the product of Thompson Brothers (Bilston), Ltd., Bradley Engineering Works, Bilston, Staffs. The tank equipment is of a new elliptical type which the company have recently developed for use on the Scammell sixwheeled chassis.
