Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

It is always pleasing to learn of the performances of British vehicles overseas, and for this reason we are interested to hear of the satisfaction which a Guy bus is givieg to Mr. G. Kenyon, of Sultanpur, Oudh, India. The .basis of this user's vehicle is a 22k-ton chassis, and some idea of tile satisfaction which it is giving is contained in the fact that Mr. Kenyon says that the bus has paid for itself twice over and, in his opinion, has at least five years' life in it yet. It has covered

80,000 miles and is still doing excellent work.
