We will have the new FH (in customer livery— Hymas), the new FM and the new FMX. What product or innovation will you launch at the show? The new FMX, launched at Bauma last week.
What change would you make to the tipping industry if you had the power? We would like to see operators try initiatives such as automated transmissions or tridem configurations. The traditional 8x4 configuration with twin front axles has been around for too long and, with the latest exhaust installations at Euro-6 and the growth we have seen in rear steer solutions on 6x2 trucks, the tridem concept offers an alternative solution in manoeuvrability.
Also, with new off-road designed rear air suspension, there would be the opportunity to use this vehicle with a tarmac paver. We would also like to ensure fair, sustainable and prompt rates, especially for small tipper operators. OTip-ex 2013 will take place between 30 May and 1 June at the Harrogate International Centre.
