Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Cameron concluded his speech, and it received an "exceptionally strong rate of response", according to director of policy Jack Semple.

He says 53% of members felt pledging a referendum on the issue of Europe was a good idea, with 23% describing it as a bad idea and 24% saying it was simply inevitable.

Regarding the effect on business, 34% said it would be helpful, with 25% believing it would be damaging.

Asked how they would vote if the referendum was held tomorrow, 56% supported getting out of Europe, 39% wanted to stay in and 5% said they wouldn't bother voting.

RHA members stressed that they wanted to know more about the UK's net contribution to the EU, the pros and cons of EU membership and likely future trade/tariff barriers if we came out, before making a final decision.

Their biggest concerns surrounding EU membership were red tape, lack of accountability and open-ended migration. Many believed the EU should be a trading bloc only.
