at Broome Acre in Broadmeadows, South Normanton, and one at Chadwick Nick Lane in Belper, subject to conditions: • all reversing manoeuvres by the authorised vehicle at the operating centres shall be assisted by a banksman; • a dedicated parking space will be available in the operating centres for use by the authorised vehicle, and the vehicle shall at no time be parked outside the operating centres; • the authorised vehicle shall not exceed 7,500kg GVVV, and will not exceed 7.36m in length.
