Colin Robinson, the former joint managing director and finance 'director of Archbold Freightage, is to drop his claim against the company for unfair dismissal. This follows negotiations before the start of the Leeds industrial tribunal which was to hear the case.
The hearing had been scheduled For three days, but Jeremy Schulman, for Archbold, said an agreement had been reached.
The tribunal adjourned so that the settlement could be implemented and Robinson's solicitor indicated that his claim would be withdrawn once this happened.
