• Cartwright Freight Systems has developed a roller floor system for semi-trailers (and docking areas), to speed up loading/unloading of white goods or paper rolls.
The design uses a series of inverted, top-hat floor rails with in-set rollers. Inflatable strips beneath them raise the rollers, allowing the pallets to slide.
To give extra width for fork lifts to enter, the rear uprights pivot outwards on pneumatically-operated swivel arms. Control switches are fitted at the rear of the chassis.
