Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

/ A British-manufactured aluminium truck wheel aimed at achieving more payload was launched at the Brityrex Show in the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham. It comes from Wheelbase Nelson and is treated in a chromate solution before being electrostatically sprayed with polyster powder.

"A 7.50-22.5 Wheelbase Nelson aluminium wheel is 15kg lighter than a steel wheel of comparable size and strength," says the company.

"In practical terms, this increases the payload capacity of a 14-wheel tractor/trailer combination by over 200kg."

The company claims • Reduced laden weight with fuel savings on cargo-free positioning runs or part loads; • Improved handling and tyre wear through the elimination of any slight ovality; • An extra deep rim flange will withstand greater kerbing; • While the wheel is sprayed to a high-gloss silver finish, alternative colour can be supplied to suit corporate livery.
