• The European Garage Equipment Association's council is to forward its recently agreed "Recommendations for the Safe Operation of Vehicle Straightening Equipment" to the EEC for information.
The EGEA council has also resolved to renew its offer of assistance to the EEC on specifications for exhaust gas ana lysers and any other matters concerning garage equipment.
The EGEA represents national garage equipment associations from Belgium (FMA), France (FIEV), Germany (ASA), Netherlands (RAI) and the UK (GEA). Its next meeting is on September 30, during the Automotive Trade Show, at Earls Court.
