Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• As Commercial Motor went to press it was announced that the tribunal considering the death of Michael Delaney under the wheels of a TNT lorry near Wapping last year has returned a verdict of death by unlawful killing.

TNT claims that 19-yearold Delaney ran alongside the lorry banging on the door and calling the driver a scab. The family denies that Delaney was involved in the print dispute at the Wapping plant and claims that his death resulted from dangerous driving by TNT driver Robert Higgins. A solicitor for the family says it will be taking civil action against TNT.
