Northern Counties, the Wiganbased bus body builder, has appointed Mike Winter to the newly-created post of sales and marketing director. Winter will be responsible for marketing Northern Counties' entire product range, which extends from double-deck bus bodies through to minibuses.
Winter joins Northern Counties from Duple Metsec where he was director of overseas operations.
