Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IT'S A GAS • Air Products has launched the Minitank gas supply to offer bulk quantities of gas in a compact and portable container. Minitanks measure 1.6 x 0.5m and are made of stainless steel.

Oxygen, nitrogen and argon can be supplied in Minitanks, making them useful for welding. Minitanks hold the equivalent of 13 standard cylinders, and are under a third of the weight. For further information phone (0932) 249989.

BELCO BONANZA IN ICI Autocoior is celebrating the sale of the hundredmillionth litre of Belco cellulose topcoat with a promotion offering savings on the price of Belco Cellulose Thinners.

From 4-29 May refinishers will be able to obtain 33% off the price of five, 25, and 50 litre packs of all Belco Thinners, saving up to £31.63 on a 50 litre pack.

For further information contact Mark Hordem or Michael Cane on 01-836 6677.

DON'T BE DIM • All new vehicles registered after 1 April this year have to comply with the new dim/dip legislation for headlamps.

This requires a reducedintensity dipped beam headlamp to be shown when the sidelights and ignition are switched on. This means that the vehicle cannot be driven on sidelights alone, although the selection of dipped or main beam automatically overrides the dim/dip system.

Lucas Electrical offer a series of kits for operators who would like to comply with the new legislation on their pre-1 April vehicles. Four kits are offered to cover 12 and 24 volt Tungsten and Halogen headlamp systems, with an electronic controller which reduces the intensity of the headlamps to between 10 and 15% of their full output. The kits cost around 216.50 plus VAT, and are available from Lucas agents around the country.
