A NEW range of truck bodies has been announced by York Trailer Company. The VB range of bodies are produced as a complete integral box (and not as a kit) which drops on to the chassis.
The specification of the body is similar to the Freightmaster trailer van, having a one-piece roof, steel base-frame, steel door frame and laminated floor. The VB body comes standard with an aluminium-alloy roller shutter, but rear doors are available as an option. Freightmaster options, includ ing refrigeration, internal hr ings and Load-Lok, are als available.
The range of bodies will b fitted by York at Northallerto to any chassis specified by customer. A chassis may b delivered to any of York's 1 factory branches, and whe fitting of the body is complet( the vehicle may be collect( from any York branch whir is convenient to the custome The range is suitable for tran fer from old to new chass when required.
