A MOBILE elevator has been built
• by Equipment Repairs, Ltd., 19-20, The Viaduct, Alperton, Middx, for lowering gearboxes from vehicles raised on hoists. The unit is mounted on four castor wheels and is fitted with a 4-in, diameter cylinder enclosing a 3-in, diameter ram. The normal height is 3 ft. 9 ins, and the maximum 6 ft.
