WHAT is claimed to be the largest motor workshop in Asia will be completed shortly In the Bombay State Transport undertaking's central workshop at Dapodi. Building started in 1949. The workshop will have a weekly output of 12 new bus bodies, 40 reconditioned engines. 10 reconditioned buses and other components and ass.emblies. The cost of the workshop has been estimated at over Rs. 3m. and 2,000 workers will be employed.
