Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

months ago the Royal Mail unveiled Its 'Safety Truck., which is based on a OAF CF85 and a 16ft 21n Cartwright double-decker fitted with a variety of afety kit including:

Ground-mounting sliding Susie coupling box Special safety steps for easier access o the trailer load deck • Powered landing legs to avoid back strains • A special rear roller shutter with an automatic cut-off, so feet and hands can't be trapped when Ts closing And (through its Cheetah streamlining division) a powered cab deflector system for the CF85, which senses the height of a trailer and automatically adjusts the deflector blade to match it.

Mark Cartwright says: "It's been an interesting project and it's put us very close to the customer. We're only at the half-time stage, we've still got the evaluation to do but so far the feedback has been pretty much 100% positive."

According to Cartwright "It shows a good example of a close relationship and it's what you want between a truck and trailer manufacturer and an operator. We've put a considerable amount of time and new investment in it. Royal Mail paid for the trailer, but we spent hours in meetings looking at the whole package and we're pleased to be at that level — it will provide spin-offs for others."
