Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A new, more sophisticated version of Econocruise's Electric Motor Actuated speed control system will debut at this year's Bus and Coach Council show.

EMA H, which will be available from 1 November, is an uprated version of the EMA I speed limiter. The new model acts more like a cruise control in that it allows the driver to pre-set both a top speed and a cruising speed. The vehicle will automatically resume the preset cruising speed after any desired increase in speed, such as when overtaking.

The cruising speed can be programmed by the driver while he is on the move, and the limiter includes an automatic retarder control mechanism to prevent engine overspeeding on steep downhill gradients.

No price is yet available for the EMA II; the basic version costs 2320, plus VAT and fitting.
