latest Foden 4000 day cab — promised at the 4000 Series launch in May — is now available.
The 2,100x210mm rest bunk is stowed vertically against the rear bulkhead, but can be quickly lowered to rest on top of the engine cover and passenger seat, which folds flat to accept it. The 75mm-thick mattress is trimmed in the same material as the standard 4000 Series interior.
The bunk can be ordered on any 4000 Series day-cab model and costs 2245, it adds 12kg to the vehicle's overall weight.
