Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Federal Express is consolidating its entry into the European parcels market with 18 new parcels depots in mainland Europe, and the company plans to open 30 more over the next 18 months.

Most of the depots opened so far are in northern Europe, including Belgium, Germany and France, but many of the planned depots will be in southern European countries including Italy and Spain.

The consolidation extends to Britain, where the company has bought a new head office building in the centre of Nuneaton, 51un from its UK hub. The new base brings together a number of administrative functions which were previously scattered around the country.

Federal Express has also introduced a uniform for all personnel who come into contact with its customers.

Meanwhile Federal Express's Irish operations are being expanded, following the acquisition of the ground operations of Williames Transport last May. The company plans a new depot at Dublin airport to feed into its air express parcels operations.
