• The engineering group Suter has sold Howard Humphreys, the international consultancy, and part of Mitchell Cotts group, which it took-over in July, to Brown and Root (UK) for 24 million. Last week Suter reported half-year pre-tax profits of 212 million, up by 25.1 million.
