Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

H. HOLT (Transport Accountants) Ltd, has merged its transport and audit advisory services with those of the RPC Consulting Group, the Guildford-based transport and distribution consultants.

Originating from 1908, H. Holt is one of the largest specialised transport accounting and advisory practices in the UK. RPC last year set up its own transport accounting division based at Bristol and this organisation is being integrated with the Holt organisation through a newly established group company, RPC-Holt Ltd.

Mr Foster-Holt and Mr A. F. Tyler will continue as directors of RPC-Holt and have been joined on the board by the executive directors of Resource Planning Consultants — Mr Stanley L. Purvis (chairman), Mr Desmond P. McKenna, Mr A. Roy Morcom, and Mr Clifford J. Walder of the Bristol division.

RPC-Holt will continue to expand their CAMS (Continuing Advisory and Monitoring Services) in the UK and Europe — a specialised service for the control of freight transport costs.
