Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Modification to the hydraulic system of the Pengco Load-O-Matic demountablebody equipment, and the use of stronger structural members that are subject to impact, have been announced by Pengco Transport Systems Ltd, Peterborough, as part of the company's 1972 programme. The new equipment will be on view at Interfreight '71. opening at Earls Court on September 28.

Combining the control valves in the reservoir assembly, and locating it in a protected but easily accessible position in the vehicle frame, facilitates servicing of the hydraulics and has enabled the number of pipes to be reduced. The manual controls now comprise two short levers mounted in the vehicle cab.

Structural details include a box-section front-end abutment, designed to withstand severe shunting shocks, and heavier guideand-roller rails that are located in a raised position to enable any chassis variation to be accommodated. The two lifting rams over the rear axle are embodied in a sub-assembly that incorporates the brackets and a robust cross-member. Modification of the doubleacting cross-lock ensures that the locking pegs engage with the body. The changes have not added to the weight of the structure. 14._
