AATKINSON Lorries (Holdings) Ltd. has entered into a contract for the acquisition of that part of the issued share capital (79-6 per cent) of Atherton Brothers Ltd. not already owned by the company.
Atherton Brothers carry on the business of engineers in Preston and already have close working relations with Atkinson Lorries.
Consideration for the acquisition is £92,720, of which Atkinson Lorries will settle £23,125 by the issue of 100,000 Ordinary shares of 2s, each, credited as fully paid, and the balance of £69,595 in cash.
