YET another commercial vehicle roll-on/ off ferry service to the Continent is now in operation between Harwich and Zeebrugge. British Railways, utilizing their conventional train ferries, have announced that they can now accommodate up to six vehicles on each sailing. Charges are understood to be 4s. 3d. per sq. ft. for loaded vehicles; 2s. 9d. per sq. ft. for returning empty vehicles, and 3s. 3d. per sq. ft. for outward-bound empty vehicles.
