Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE National Transport Conference, although only in its fourth year, has become of the greatest interest to all sections of road transport. It attracts a large number of delegates and business representatives from the most important operating and manufacturing concerns in the industry, whilst the excellent quality and variety of the papers read and the subjects discussed render it of value not only to those immediately concerned, but to all who have any connection with the conveyance of goods or passengers in commercial vehicles. The social side was by no means neglected, and the various functions included an official banquet, a Channel cruise, two dances, motor coach tours, and a visit to the Llandarcy Oil Refineries, whilst those who played golf had ample opportunity of exhibiting their prowess.
