/Environmental representations from neighbouring residents have led to George and Jacqueline Hellewell, trading asJackto Transport, only being granted a licence for two years with the threat of environmental conditions to restrict vehicle movements.
The Hellewells' had applied to North Eastern LA Frederick Whalley for a new national licence for 16 vehicles and two trailers based at Shawfield Road, Carlton Industrial Estate, Barnsley. Three neighbouring residents made representations.
For the firm, Gary Hodgson said that the only change was from a sole trader to a partnership — the number of vehicles was unchanged.
