Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

For many years vintage psv enthusiasts who have to travel by train between Manchester and Leeds have always had to get to the station early in order to grab a seat on the port side. This is because the West Yorkshire Transport Circle Members' buses have been kept at Huddersfield Railway Station yard next to the main line.

Now it all has to go, and the enterprising John Hinchcliffe of Kirkheaton is trying to persuade British Rail to part with their Golcar CoaIyard as a permanent home for the Circle's vehicles.

"At present they are scattered throughout the North and we would like to get them under one roof," Mr Hinchcliffe told Our Man in the North, "and make it into a permanent Northern Museum for old vehicles."
