So long as your van does not exceed 30cwt unladen no C licence is required and there is no need to keep drivers' records however many people drive the vehicle. But the regulations regarding driving hours must be observed.
For normal use there is no need to have the name and address of the business on the side of the vehicle. If, however, milk or any food is carried in or sold from the vehicle, then the name and address must be shown.
