Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TWELVE charges alleging subornation of perjury have been preferred against Bulk Liquid Transport, Ltd., Gildersome, near Leeds, and two of their employees. They will appear before Morley magistrates next Monday.

There are also 28 charges against the company and six employees alleging a conspiracy to encourage drivers to make false records and to drive more than the permitted 11 hours. The hearing has been allotted three days because of the large number of witnesses to be called.

Bulk Liquid Transport were formed in 1954 by Mr. Peter Slater, of Peter Slater, Ltd., Gildersome, in partnership with Mr. T. C. McGuirk.

A large fleet of vehicles is operated and customers include the major oil companies and Imperial Chemical Industries, Ltd. Last year Bulk Liquid Transport pioneered a Continental service via the Tilbury-Antwerp ferry and within a few months they were operat ing six vehicles on this work. A licences were granted for them by the Yorkshire Licensing Authority.

NEW AIR FERRY SERVICE BY SILVER CITY

ANEW export ferry service for cars is being offered by Silver City Airways from their base at Lycld to the Continent. After the Channel crossing the cars will be loaded on to transporters at Le Touquet to continue their journey by road.

These transporters are under contract to the airline, and deliveries can be undertaken to any town in Belgium, Germany, Holland or Switzerland.
