● JC Gillespie, based in Manchester, will attend a PI on 28 November. The TC will look at disciplinary action and consider the transport manager’s repute.
● Disciplinary action against Whitehaven-based Steven Young and Alan Young, trading as Youngs Crane Hire, will be discussed at a PI on 30 November. The repute of the transport manager will also be looked at.
