A QUICK RESPONSE to the letter by Earl Attlee in last week's issue (CM 17 November).His suggestion that vehicles leave the UK with full tanks doesn't take into account the various tank sizes, which can vary from 300 to 1,400 litres (or thereabouts).
Kevin Buck's method is more sensible and is the tried and tested method —or at least it used to he before the borders came down.
