Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

III An LGV route map has been withdrawn by embarrassed officials after a production error resulted in the recommended routes going through a town centre.

The map, produced by West Sussex County Council, advises drivers on which routes to take to avoid East Grinstead. It was due to be sent out to Road Haulage and Freight Transport Association members until the mistake was spotted at the last moment. A new set of leaflets is to be produced, showing the correct route.

Truck movements through the town are already a matter of concern and the council is currently arguing over plans to build a bypass.
