has taken delivery of a Leyland Freighter 17-16, equipped with a Hiab 070 4,000kg crane and fitted with a Southworth mid-axle conversion, it will be used to train driver/ operators in the use of lorry-mounted cranes. TDT will take the vehicle to any site within the UK or carry out the training at its own training centres at Kelvedon and Harlow. Successful trainees receive a TDT Certificate as confirmation that their employer has met its obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act.
