Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• All buses and coaches at West Midlands Travel are repainted every three years. The First stage is removing old paint work and taking down to bare metal. The vehicle is then masked up and driven into the booth and the primer applied by hot Airmix from Kremlin Spray Painting. A pressure is maintained within the booth to keep out dust and after spraying the booth temperature is raised to 120°F, with the bus remaining in the warm booth for 29 minutes.

The cream colour coat is then applied by hot Airmix and the blue liner by hand.

Following a further flatting down, the bus or coach reenters the booth for hot Airmix application and curing of the clear lacquer coat. Some 50 buses a month are repainted in this way. Kremlin Turbo 70
