• British Rail, still reeling from the loss of its national newspaper distribution business this year, has appointed national manager to help win back a bigger slice of the magazine delivery market.
Andy Brown will head BR'S Red Star Magstar division which will concentrate on small, short-shelf-life titles an the four-day (non timesensitive) delivery market.
