Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MEMBERS of the British Association of Removers were introduced to the new code of conduct for members by Roy Fox, chairman of the association's membership committee at last week's autumn conference. , The code outlined the minimum standard to which members were expected to conform and included recommendations for customer relations, office facilities, advertising and taking advantage of the training facilities offered by the RTITB.

Also included were requirements to keep vehicles clean and in a roadworthy condition, packing and load restraining equipment to be maintained in a clean and safe condition.

Continuing, Mr Fox said that in future members would be expected to co-operate with fellow members particularly in times of breakdowns or other difficulties.

The performance of new members would be checked throughout their probationary period and Mr Fox hoped that existing members would follow the spirit of the code.
