"AN INTRODUCTION TO DEPOT MANAGEMENT" is the title for a two-day residential course being run by the Centre for Physical Distribution Management next month.
The course is designed to update managers on the latest techniques in physical distribution and related management methods. Subjects covered include routeing, warehousing, order-picking and stock control, warehouse layout and equipment, budgeting and industrial relations.
With registration on the evening of December 10, the residential course is on December 11 and 12 at the Swan's Nest Hotel, Bridgefoot, Stratford-upon-Avon. Further details are available from the CPDM, Management House, Parker Street, London WC2B 5PT.
