• A Section 69 inquiry was adjourned by the Western LA recently because inquiries had established that the operator, Mr David Reed, of Plymouth, born in 1955, was a minor and as such was unable to engage a solicitor himself to represent him. The LA had written to the Official Solicitor asking for his guidance.
