Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A PRODUCTION capacity of 125 semitrailers a month is now available to M. and G. Trailers (Lye) Ltd. following completion of the company's new works in Hayes Lane, Lye, Stourbridge, Worcestershire. The works was opened officially by Mr. Peter Walker, Shadow Minister of Transport.

Production and repair departments— formerly separate—are now housed under one roof in the 31,600 sq.ft. works; further expansion is contemplated. The present three 60ft production bays are served by overhead cranes.

As well as producing standard and purpose-built trailers, M. and G. operates an extensive modification and repair department. Specialities are replacement of automatic with fifth-wheel couplings, and conversions of braking systems to meet the latest MoT regulations.

• QUALITY licensing is expected to be a central topic of a special national meeting which the IRTE is holding on December 7 at the Royal Society of Arts, 6.45 p.m. Mr. P.
