Mulben area before ill .health caused him to retire—Mr. Alfred T. Morrison, of Keith—was granted a continuance of his local B licence by Mr. Ivo Townsend, Scottish deputy Licensing Authority, in Aberdeen last week. Two other hauliers, William G.
